What information should I provide for this PC?
Let us know the name of the person that will be using the computer and what name to give to the computer itself.  Let us know if you are migrating from an old computer to this one.  Also, any details about peripherals or necessary applications, etc.

What Power Settings should I change?
Please set the computer to never go to sleep.  At least during the time that we are setting up the new computer.

What if my computer came with McAfee Antivirus preinstalled?
Sometimes McAfee Antivirus can block some of the tools that we use.  Since we won’t be using it anyway, it would be helpful if you removed it via Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel or the Settings app.
